Our judges are leaders in the creative community—in Fresno and beyond.
(They're also pretty cool people.)
Lisa Alvey
Lisa Alvey likes long walks on the beach, shopping in spandex and her favorite color is clear, because it goes with everything. Wait, is this the right bio???
Lisa understands people; she knows how to communicate messages that move them into action. She is a 16-year veteran in the wonderful world of marketing. She has specialized in social media marketing the last several years. As social media manager, Lisa blogs, writes web content and makes media (mini-films) for Fresno Pacific University. She is also a sought out speaker.
Lisa is the co-founder of postEcho.com and SMC Fresno.
She is happily married wife and mom to three incredible kids.
Justine Descollonges
Born in Paris, France, Justine's background brings a distinct European sensibility to Hutner Descollonges, a San Francisco Branding Agency. As creative director, Justine's efforts to develop targeted marketing strategies, lead the creative team and shepherd projects through implementation have been central the firms's success and award-winning portfolio. She has overseen both local and national brands including Fairmont, Tibco, Kaiser Permanente and Wells Fargo.
Justine identifies strongly with her French background and travels frequently to visit family in Paris and its environs. Justine is an avid proponent of the Slow Food movement and is committed to its eco-gastronomical and sociological benefits. She cooks to slow down; plays tennis, skis, runs and bikes to speed up.

Layne Lev
Layne is one of the principal partners in Hundred10, an award-winning web and interactive design firm. He enjoys wearing lots of metaphorical hats there, from sales rep to pinch-hit designer to amateur code monkey. Hundred10's client list includes such notable companies as Netflix, KKR Financial, and Monster.com.
Layne graduated with a BS in Graphic Communication from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. In his free time, he enjoys engaging with the local design community and annoying his coworkers with a grossly overdeveloped knowledge of arcane movie quotes. He is an avid racquetball player and skier, though he finds little time to do either these days.
