Three main criteria will be evaluated in each of the award categories.
Judges will rate each on a 1-10 scale, asking the following questions
relating to each nomination.
CREATIVITY + INNOVATION
Does the project nominated demonstrate something new, or a unique way of utilizing the web?
EFFECTIVENESS
Based on the information provided, how effective is the project? Was there a quantifiable impact?
EXPERTISE
Does the nominated project demonstrate an expertise in a particular discipline of the web? Does it set a standard?
